We carry on the family legacy with HUWA Cattle on the eastern plains near Roggen, Colorado.

Expanding the family business has allowed us to grow the highest quality herd of Registered Black Angus cattle with supreme and reliable genetic influences. The HUWA herd produces the most tender, locally grown and humanely raised beef ready for your family to enjoy.

HUWA RESERVE – All Natural Beef contains NO antibiotics, NO hormones, NO steroids and all cattle are fed a 100% vegetarian diet with the best cattle raising protocols producing tender, juicy and highly marbled cuts. We dry age our beef for 21 days to give it that unique buttery, melt in your mouth flavor.

Choose from any of our quality cuts and packages for delivery. All cuts are shipped directly to you in an insulated cooler or are available for pick-up. We’re sure you will agree HUWA RESERVE is the best all natural beef for your family and friends.

The Difference
Our cattle selected for the program are started in our spacious grass pastures and finished on a 100% vegetarian diet. The animals are never given antibiotics, hormones or steroids. These practices, along with our stringent animal husbandry protocols, create a tender, juicy, highly marbled product. We are proud to feed to our family and friends this product, along with you too!
Unriavaled Quality
HAND-CUT AND USDA PROCESSED
Huwa Reserve All Natural Beef is hand-cut and selected* and then dry aged for 21 days. The dry aging process improves tenderness and adds a unique flavor profile. Our beef is then vacuum packaged, frozen and stored in a temperature controlled freezer until we ship it to you. In order to maintain our products’ integrity, everything is shipped in an insulated cooler with dry ice.
*Huwa Reserve All Natural Beef is processed in a USDA inspected facility.
